Sports Massage

Sports Massage is focused and systematic, targeting muscles that are used in a specific sport. It uses various techniques to decrease muscle pain and improve recovery, as well as improve overall range of motion and flexibility to support safe and effective movement.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialised bed-like frame that uses springs, pulleys and resistance to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body. It improves posture, flexibility and core stability while supporting controlled, mindful movement — perfect for building strength without impact. Suitable for all levels, each session is tailored to your individual goals to help you feel balanced, aligned and energised.

 

 

Lymphatic Roller

This is a great option for anyone looking to support their wellbeing routine, whether that’s recovery, relaxation, or simply taking some time out.

This treatment is designed to support your body in a number of ways, including:

• Helping to stimulate lymphatic drainage, which may reduce fluid retention and puffiness

• Supporting muscle recovery after exercise or physical activity

• Encouraging better circulation and skin tone

• Promoting overall relaxation while still being effective

• Using infrared light to gently warm tissues, which may help ease tension and stiffness

This will be available as a standalone treatment or a bolt on, making it easy to fit into your day.
